Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by the portal, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your gently used products in the original mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the return packing slip inside the package.

Drop It Off

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
